Noooo... It wasn't a Man U vs Chelsea football match but it was passionate and ever loyal sons and daughters of Rivers state that came out in mass to support the 'son of the soil' President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan yesterday at the controversial Adokiye Amiesiamaka Stadium, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, venue of President Goodluck Jonathan’s presidential campaign rally. Security men were seen at strategic positions while members of Peoples Democratic party (PDP) and supporters, who attended the rally were totally frisked by the security so as to ensure that no one entered the venue with dangerous weapons following the refusal of the state governor, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi to grant PDP the permission to use the stadium. The first lady of Nigeria AKA Mama Peace of Africa didn't disappoint as she eloquently told women and youths of Rivers State to come out in mass during the presidential and gubernatorial election and deliver their votes to PDP. She also said that they are expecting to gather total votes of 2 million plus. See more photos below:
