Bruce Jenner who is celebrating his 65th birthday transitioning into a woman after reportedly having his Adam's Apple surgically reduced is willingly to giving his share of his $4 million marital home to Kris Jenner as part of their divorce settlement.
The couple acquired the six-bedroom property in Hidden Hills, California, for the sum in 2010, but Bruce has decided to relinquish his ownership of the luxurious home as they seek to finalise the terms of their split.
TMZ has reportedly seen documents showing Bruce - who is currently residing in a bachelor pad in Malibu - is handing full ownership of the plush property to his estranged wife, with whom he has two children, Kendall Jenner, 18, and Kylie Jenner, 17.
A source told PEOPLE magazine: "They're not fighting with each other over this, they're just not as close as they used to be.
