Last month Halle Berry filed legal docs to have her child support order slashed claiming her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry was using the money for his own needs
Gabriel fires back claiming its Halle's fault that he can't find a job and has to live of child support...
In his counter claim, dug up by TMZ, Gabriel claims he can't get any modelling jobs because Halle's husband Olivier Martinez disfigured his face in a Thanksgiving beat down two years ago. Gabriel claims it took his face six months to heal and that he's only gotten three modelling jobs since then.
In Halle's argument she lays out all of Gabrielle personal expenses covered by her $16k a month child support order.
- $740 a month for "Fitness"
- $940 a month in clothing (Gabriel lists Nahla's clothing expenses separately -- $675 a month)
- $700 a month for Gabriel's health insurance
- $1,975 a month in car expenses
- $1,100 a month in furniture and electronics
The case is pending.
Such a douchebag! Some women are so
caught up in looks and they let that cloud their judgment when choosing... Just because a man is good looking does not
make him a good man, husband or father.
