It’s been over a year since we have seen Janet Jackson in public, but a few days ago Ms. Jackson made rare public appearance on Halloween. Friday night she was spotted at the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience Gala dinner with billionaire husband Wissam Al Mana.
She looks amazing rocking a long ponytail and a black dress, the 48-year-old looked gorgeous….
