BREAKING NEWS: Buhari Is Set For An Early Win At The Ongoing APC Presidential Primaries

A total of 7, 214 accredited delegates from the 36 states of the federation and the FCT voted in favour of five APC presidential aspirants. The aspirants include Muhammadu Buhari, Rabiu Kwankwaso, Atiku Abubakar, Rochas Okorocha and Sam Nda-Isaiah.

Delegates started the voting process at around 2am Thursday and the process took seven hours to end before counting started. Counting of votes has begun at the ongoing national convention of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Lagos.
Former head of state Gen. Muhammadu Buhari is still in a clear lead.

Buhari who seems to be garnering all the votes because he has received endorsement from 12 APC governors: Abdulaziz Yari (Zamfara), Ibrahim Geidam (Yobe), Kashim Shettima (Borno), Tanko Al-Makura (Nasarawa), Abdulfatah Ahmed (Kwara), Babatunde Fashola (Lagos), Abiola Ajimobi (Oyo), Adams Oshiomhole (Edo), Rauf Aregbesola (Osun), Ibikunle Amosun (Ogun), Aliyu Wamakko (Sokoto) and Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers) is closely followed by Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and then Kano state governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
Leadership newspaper publisher Sam Nda Isaiah is probably warming the bench... LOL.
