WEIRDO: Man Obssessed With Stealing And Hiding Women's Lingerie Causes Roof To Collapse

It rained pants and bras.... sadly, that’s exactly what happened in Shanghai when a man, Mr Tangs in his 30s stuffed the ceiling in his apartment building with more than 2,000 pairs of undergarments, causing the roof to collapse. The man suspected of hiding the risqué stash, which was found by maintenance staff, would allegedly use a master key to sneak into 750 households in the residential area just to sniff and steal their undergarments.

The police also report that Tang has stolen underwear from other apartment buildings, besides the one in which he lives, which makes sense considering they number in the thousands.

The underwear thief has since made a confession, saying that he has had a mental illness since he was a young boy, and doesn't know when his obsession with stealing women's underwear started. iFeng News reports. See more photos below:
