According to an exclusive tea from Bossip, Jelani arrived in court this week to sign off on an adjournment giving him four more days to consider his options.
Jelani is accused of raping and sodomizing the under age girl repeatedly from April 1 until the day before he was arrested Nov. 30, 2015.
Jelani has pleaded not guilt to the charges and is facing 15 years to life if he if he accepts the plea deal.
