ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S): PSALM 92:1-2
MESSAGE TOPIC: THE PROFIT OF PRAISE

SERVICE OBJECTIVE: Understanding the profit of praise

The Bible makes it clear that every scriptural precept is tied to physical profit (Isa. 45:19)
God does not call people to waste people
Serving God with gladness connects man to the abundance of all things (Deut. 28:47)
Every command of God is loaded with goodies for man

THE PROFITS OF PRAISE:
1. Praise facilitates Divine guidance and direction (2Kings 3:15-17; Ps. 89:15; Acts 13:2AMP; Isa. 30:29-30)
Praiseful people are lighted people, illuminated people, and directed people
Depression deprives of direction and disconnects from inspiration
1a. Direction is necessary for the termination of confusion and frustration
Praise is an effective weapon in seasons of confusion and frustration (2Chron. 20:12)
What do you do when you don’t know what to do? PRAISE! (2Chron. 20:12)
1b. Direction is necessary for the termination of stagnation and the initiation of acceleration or progress (John 6:6)
1c. Direction is necessary for the fulfilment of destiny (Hab. 2:1-3)
When your destiny seems to be in jeopardy, the weapon to open it up is praise

2. Praise facilitates deliverance from enemy oppression (1Sam. 16:23; Ps. 32:7)
The climate of praise is the climate of deliverance (Ps. 32:7)
2a. Deliverance from oppression is deliverance from pressure
Every time you are faced with pressure, confront it with praise!
2b. Deliverance from oppression is deliverance from limitations and restrictions
Every time you find your life limited, confront it with praise
2c. Deliverance from oppression is the release of destiny
Deliverance from oppression is the beginning of destiny expression
Every time you see your destiny is at stake, and that your life is not expressing as it should, confront it with praise

3. Praise facilitates victory in battle (2Chron. 20:21-23; 2Kings 3:15-18; Josh. 6:20-21)
Your worship makes your war cheap!
Your celebration is curative of your confrontations
Praise causes God to take over your battle and deliver your enemies into your hands
3a. Victory in battle is needed for the possession of God-given territories occupied by the enemy
3b. Victory in battle is needed to make progress against enemy obstructions and inhibitions
3c. Victory in battle is needed against enemy conspiracies from envy, bitterness and jealousy
Your praise is a weapon against the wickedness of the hearts of men

4. Praise facilitates supernatural supplies and abundance (Ps. 67:5-7; Joel 2:26-27)
When you make praise your priority, God will give you mind-blowing miracles
4a. Supernatural supplies arrest the existence of a person in shame, reproach and poverty (2Kings 4:1-4; Joel 2:26-27)
4b. Supernatural supplies and abundance facilitate the fulfilment of Kingdom vision
4c. Supernatural supplies and abundance facilitate existence as a generational blessing

5. Praise facilitates the termination of captivity (Acts 16:25-26; Ps. 113:1,7-8)
Praise gives you power to be raised; when you lift up your hands in praise, you have lifted up your hand to be lifted
5a. The termination of captivity marks the end of existence in the pit of life
5b. The termination of captivity marks the end of existence in the prison
5c. The termination of captivity marks the end of existence in chains
Any area of your life where you are tied down, praise is the key to breaking off the chains of captivity

6. Praise facilitates the release of strength, energy and vitality (Neh. 8:10b; Prov. 17:22; Hab. 3:17-19)
6a. The release of strength (energy and vitality) is needed for victory in battles (Prov. 24:10)
6b. The release of strength (energy and vitality) is needed for speed and flight in life (Isa. 40:31)
6c. The release of strength (energy and vitality) is needed for health and longevity (Deut. 34:7; Ps. 90:10)
You need strength to fulfil destiny (Isa. 40:31)

COUNSEL:
1. Place very high value on the lifestyle of praise (Ps. 138:1-2)
Refuse to praise as a religious exercise
Praise with the same intensity as you pray or fast. The things done with meaning are what make life meaningful

2. Refuse for the enemy to frustrate your praise through depression (Hab. 3:17-19)
The enemy will show you many reasons not to praise God, but inside those reasons find a reason to praise God
Let the very reason why the devil doesn’t want you to praise to become the reason why you praise
Profit is a product of value
Inside the spelling of nonsense, there is sense
Don’t face what you lack, face what you have

3. Worship in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:23-24)
Spirit and Truth refer to spirituality and authenticity
It is time to become real, authentic and genuine with God
There can be no praise without holiness!
Don’t be fake, be real!
Whatever God can’t give you, you don’t need
God doesn’t kill you because you are tempted, he only takes His hands off you when you stay in the mud

PRAYER
Father, I receive the grace to be real, genuine, spiritual and authentic. I receive that grace Lord. I refuse to be depressed and downcast. There is a reason to praise You and I shall praise You. I come before You today with great value for praise. Thank You for hearing and answering Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:

- Every negative verdict on your life is canceled and returned back to sender in Jesus’ Name
- Every cycle of negativity and calamity that is affecting people in your family shall not affect you in Jesus Name
- Before the seven weeks expire, what you have trusted God all your life for, will be delivered into your hands!
- For those trusting God to be settled maritally, starting from this service, you will locate your miracle spouse!
- For those trusting God for job settlement, before the seven weeks are over, your appointment letter shall be in your hands!
- For those trusting God for the fruit of the womb, the last menstrual cycle you saw shall be the last until your child is brought forth!
- On this Father’s day, every man suffering shortage and scarcity, today, it is over forever!
- As your evangelism card is getting filled, your resources, accounts, opportunities and favour shall be filling up!
- Every spirit of death looking for you or your loved ones, that arrow of death is returned back to hell!
- Every satanic altar that will not let you or members of your family to go forward is set on fire!
- Every agent of disaster or destruction, when next they see you, they shall see danger!
- We decree Abuja is safe! The land shall reject every killer, assassin and ritualist NOW!
- Everyone due for marriage, your season of delay is over!
- The delay of unemployment is over; the job that is yours shall look for you!
- The encounter that will counter the agenda of the enemy and make your life to count shall happen for you in this season in Jesus Name!
- Systems shall lose their peace and rest until what is yours released to you!
- This week, the harvest due for you shall enter your hand!
