Jennifer Aniston Says Justin Theroux Would ‘Put A Gun’ To Her Head If She Got Plastic Surgery

We all have that one celeb who we totally love… and totally can’t recognize anymore. Jennifer Aniston is now speaking out about such celebrities—and the youth-obsessed Hollywood culture that helps create them. In an interview with Yahoo! Beauty, Aniston explained why she doesn’t get plastic surgery, and how her fiancé Justin Theroux feels about it.

E! pulled out some excerpts from the interview.

Aniston added, “There is also this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless.”

Unlike some of her peers, however, Aniston has no intention of getting plastic surgery to turn back the hands of time. What’s more, her fiancé Justin Theroux wouldn’t support her if she went under the knife.

“I think, what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s–t into my face. I see them and my heart breaks,” the We’re the Millers star said. “I think, ‘Oh god if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age. I also have a fiancé who will put a gun to my head if I touch my face in any way.”

In fact, Aniston thinks it’s “kind of awesome” when people own their ages. “I am fortunate enough to know women like Gloria Steinem, who I think is one of the most stunning women on the planet, and doesn’t touch her face. Diane Keaton, Annette Bening, all of these fabulous fearless women who are flawless, they embrace it!” she said. “To each their own—I don’t judge it if you do it—but sometimes I wish I could beg the people I know, who I am very near and dear to, to not touch their face.

The thing is, not all women (or men) feel this way. Watch any reality show about plastic surgery (like E!’sBotched, for example), and you’ll hear people talk about how they don’t have anything without their looks. For those people—celebs and otherwise—plastic surgery is everything.

Anyway, I’m glad Aniston is speaking on this. What do you guys think of her comments? Does she have any celebrity friends who might take offense???
