Filmmaker Tyler Perry filed a restraining order against former employee Joshua Sole on Monday after Joshua disabled the electricity at The Tyler Perry Studios and entered the building through the roof. Joshua was arrested for criminal trespass after a four hour stand-off and released on a $7k bond.
Tyler Perry has since filed a civil lawsuit against Joshua seeking $25k in attorneys fees and $100k for "discomfort and annoyance" and has also asked the court to force Joshua to undergo a psychological evaluation
