Floyd Mayweather lost a good friend of his today, Earl Hayes. Earl Hayes and his wife, Hit The Floor actress Stephanie Moseley were involved in an apparent murder-suicide at a high-end residential complex near the Grove. It was originally unclear as to who shot who, but now according to new reports it was Mr. Hayes who pulled the trigger.
Earl Hayes allegedly called Floyd on FaceTime on Monday morning in a rage over claims Stephanie had been unfaithful. Earl said that he was going to kill his wife and despite Floyd's efforts to stop him, Earl inevitably pulled the trigger. Reports are saying that Floyd witnessed the shooting.
TMZ is also reporting that Earl believed Stephanie had been having an affair with R&B singer Trey Songz.
