UK ELECTION: JEREMY CORBYN THE RESILIENT UNDERDOG

Jeremy Corbyn

Jeremy Corbyn, the most hated by the elite and media but loved by the young has indeed changed the political game as he ousted a series of Tories with previously safe constituencies across the country, in an epic clean sweep. To his many enemies, Jeremy Corbyn is a pretender but to the young he is a breathe of fresh air that they desperately crave for. The newspapers might have gone on a hate Campaign on Corbyn but they forgot that the young don't read newspapers but are constantly on social media campaigning and sharing Corbyn memes and Gifs. The most popular shared shows him sipping a martini with fireworks in the background.

The Labour leader Said:

"Politics has changed" and "isn't going back into the box where it was before". Our team has worked so hard on this campaign – from door knocking to social media – and it’s great we have won so much support from across the country.

Historically the turnout for youngsters on Thursday was 66.4 per cent, according to Sky News, compared to 43 per cent in the 2015 general election.
