A Colombian reporter Julieth Gonzalez Theran, working for German channel Deutsche Welle posted the unfortunate incident on Instagram in a bid to catch the alleged perpetrator.
In the video, Theran can be seen in a busy square telling the camera that behind her is a clock counting down until the start of the World Cup in the city
As she continues speaking, a fan storms into the shot and appears to put his hand over the reporter's breast before planting a long kiss on her cheek.
Theran keeps on reporting to the camera without being sidetracked by the fan's actions.
