UPDATE:
Scotland Yard confirmed the identity of the 22-year-old, from east London, and said he was not a police or MI5 "subject of interest", despite Italian media reports suggesting he was.
The news came as detectives arrested another suspect at an address in Barking, east London. The 27-year-old was held under the Terrorism Act shortly after 8am on Tuesday.
According to the Corriere della Sera newspaper Zaghba's Italian mother lives in Bologna in the north of the country.
The paper said Zaghba was born in Fez in Morocco and had seasonal work in a London restaurant. It reported that he was stopped by Italian police in March 2016 at Bologna's airport trying to fly to Turkey and then on to Syria.
The three terrorists behind the Saturday night's terror attack that left Seven dead and 48 injured in London Bridge and Borough Market has been named by police. They said Pakistan-born Khuram Butt, 27, of Barking, London, had been known to police and MI5 but there had not been any intelligence about an attack. The other attacker was Rachid Redouane, 30, from Barking, who police said had claimed to be Moroccan-Libyan and The third London Bridge attacker has been named as 22-year-old Youssef Zaghba, an Italian national of Moroccan descent.
The trio murderers, who drove a hired van into pedestrians on London Bridge before launching a knife rampage were gunned down by eight brave officers who fired 50 bullets.
Fake suicide belts or not, they were gunned down in great speed like a thunder bolt.
Some 21 survivors remained in hospital and alleged 9 out of the 12 conspirators arrested have been released and cleared over the extremist atrocity.
A vigil was held at Potters Field Park near London Bridge on Monday evening in memory of the victims.
